BE CAREFUL! Terrible service. Sales man tried to be nice and funny, but wanted to sell my daughter a van with many SAFETY ITEMS MISSING, a cracked windshield, plu Terrible service. Sales man tried to be nice and funny, but wanted to sell my daughter a van with many SAFETY ITEMS MISSING, a cracked windshield, plus the front row seats, which took FOUR DAYS to be brought to AutoNation Doral from AutoNation in Weston in the van my daughter was financing while she waited for 2 more hours AGAIN at the dealership. All this while she's missing hours at work. The finance guy had a foul mood throughout the negotiation of interest rate, besides being angry/irritated and very impatient to our questions. Also, way too pushy to sell over $3,000 in vehicle protection plans, which he accomplished. Dealer fees alone are $799. Ah, and the situation became acrimonious when the sales manager got extremely annoyed/agitated/offended when my daughter decided to returned the van due to all the issues with it. What??? That's her right since AutoNation have a 5 day return policy. Please, AutoNation, teach your employees on how to successfully deal with customers and respect their decisions. Also, make sure the inventory is SAFE before someone gets seriously injured. More

Servicios Los servicios de este lugar son pésimos desde ayer estoy yendo a este lugar para que me arreglen mi carro y la primera ves que fut me dejaron 5 horas Los servicios de este lugar son pésimos desde ayer estoy yendo a este lugar para que me arreglen mi carro y la primera ves que fut me dejaron 5 horas esperando y cuando voy a preguntar por mi carro no le habían hecho el cambio de aceite ni me habían chequeado el motor que tenía problemas y es un carro del 2018 salieron hasta los manager y todo fue una habladuría y no me resolvieron nada fui hoy 31 /10/18 y me volvieron a mandar para mi casa porque no me pudieron resolver mi problema un carro que se me puede fundir en el camino porque tiene problemas el motor todos hablan y no resuelven nada desde el manager de servicio hasta el manager que renta los carros nadie sabe hacer su trabajo ahí no recomiendo este lugar es pecimo en la atención al cliente More
