I bought my car brand new from this place, I bought a 2019 chevy trax. The customer service was ok. But...... I have been keeping up with my maintenance and all of a sudden last week my car will cut off 2019 chevy trax. The customer service was ok. But...... I have been keeping up with my maintenance and all of a sudden last week my car will cut off everytime I turn it on and it shakes when I am at ted lights or stop signs!! Its brand new it shouldn't have any issues!! I cant get anyone on the phone i keep calling and calling and they keep picking up and putting me on hold!!! The worst customer service I wish I would have NEVER bought a car from them I'm already frustrated because the car is breaking down but now even more because the dealership where I bought my car wont even let me make an appointment to get it serviced. I depend on my car for work and to get my child to school now I'm stuck!!!!!!! I would NEVER EVER recommend someone to this xxxx hole! More
