HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! no one picks up the phone, when you leave messages, they don't call you back! lacking in good customer service! I have spoken and emailed Adrialys with promises that the paperwork will be sent but it never makes it into my hands! is this how you treat customers???? Feeding them false promises over and over again?!?!? Does no one in Autonation care about bad reviews??? This has been going on since October!!!! We are in December yet I have not gotten anywhere with this person!!!!!! Hopefully someone will get in touch with me and resolve my problem!!!!! I will be posting horrible reviews until then!!!!! More

The experience was great overall they gave me $500 more for my trade in then I was appraised. They worked with my number to get my monthly payment to where I wanted it without asking for more money down. T for my trade in then I was appraised. The deal only took about two hours which is great because with my previous experience at Hyundai it took over 6 hrs. If you can make appointment with Amado the salesman you will not be disappointed!
