I went to the dealer because my car had a broken transmission and the service advisor told me that just diagnosing the problem could take up to 2 months, plus 1 or 2 more months to fix it, it could transmission and the service advisor told me that just diagnosing the problem could take up to 2 months, plus 1 or 2 more months to fix it, it could be that my car would be ready in 4 months. Of course without giving me a loaner vehicle. So I took my car to another dealer where they diagnosed my car in 1 day and they’ll fix it in about a week or 2 max. Huge difference!!!! More

Marcos Mirabal was excellent. He even followed through on a recall of spare wheel assembly that was not done on June 27, 2019 (by Leonardo)! He restored my faith in this dealer!
