Bathroom was very tidy and clean (bonus). More
The dealer itself is a beautiful building. I purchased a 2019 Trax. I reviewed this car via the CarFax APP. One of the sales persons LD contacted me and we corresponded via e-mail. When I went I purchased a 2019 Trax. I reviewed this car via the CarFax APP. One of the sales persons LD contacted me and we corresponded via e-mail. When I went to test drive the vehicle, it was understandable that LD was not there, His shift had finished. E very nice sales person DF was there to help me out. Thank you DF. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I kind of expected LD to spend some time with me especially since he is getting a commission from the sale. He introduced himself and that was it. I went to the Finance area and never saw LD again. I guess I am from the old school. That a sales person who receives a commission is with the client all the way out the door. This car, even used, looks new because it only had 6,000 miles on the odometer. However, the floor mats were missing. When I asked, the response was that they were destroyed. I believe if the floor mats were in bad shape, they still should have been with the car so the new owner can make a decision whether to keep or pitch the mats. I am a HUGE domestic car supporter. I am an investor not only in GM but Ford as well. I do not want special treatment because of being an investor. I would like to see more one on one service. Back in the 1960's thru the 1990's my uncle Leo Burnett was owner of Burnett Pontiac in Cincinnati Ohio. He sold his dealership to Curtesy Chevrolet. Curtesy sales personnel is with the client from the start of the sale to the end of the sale including reviewing every function of the car. That did not happen here. I was told that someone would help me with the OnStar setup process. That did not happen. I learned all by myself. I will always recommend GM and Ford dealers to all my friends even though some of the foreign brands are manufactured here in the United States. I hope that this feedback helps. Good luck and please, make us all proud to drive a Chevrolet. More
