I dealt with AutoNation Chevrolet Doral when we first arrived in FL. They were conscious of our needs and our timeline. Their service is outstanding. We returned about a month ago with our non Chevrol arrived in FL. They were conscious of our needs and our timeline. Their service is outstanding. We returned about a month ago with our non Chevrolet vehicle for tires as we trusted them. And true to our prior experience, we left very satisfied with new Bridgestones (and I checked that the prices beat Sams Club and Costco). However, we had a need for a new vehicle due to an accident. Again, we turned to Armando. Given the current inventory shortage, it wasn't easy. He identified an Equinox that was still in transit that met our needs. A few days later, we are the proud owners of a 2022 Equinox - and I couldn't be happier. Thanks AutoNation Chevrolet Doral! More

I went to the dealer because my car had a broken transmission and the service advisor told me that just diagnosing the problem could take up to 2 months, plus 1 or 2 more months to fix it, it could transmission and the service advisor told me that just diagnosing the problem could take up to 2 months, plus 1 or 2 more months to fix it, it could be that my car would be ready in 4 months. Of course without giving me a loaner vehicle. So I took my car to another dealer where they diagnosed my car in 1 day and they’ll fix it in about a week or 2 max. Huge difference!!!! More
