Before purchasing my vehicle from AutoNation Chevrolet Doral in 2016, I had always said I would NEVER go to a dealer for routine service. However, I've been a loyal customer of AutoNation Chevrolet Doral Doral in 2016, I had always said I would NEVER go to a dealer for routine service. However, I've been a loyal customer of AutoNation Chevrolet Doral's service department from day one because of the great service I consistently receive. All the staff members are courteous and helpful, and frequently go out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction. On this particular visit, Luis Amador assisted me as a walk-in with no appointment. He asked the reason for my visit, listened carefully as I went over the service items I needed, offered his recommendations, and even offered to drop me at work because a courtesy van driver was not immediately available. Around lunchtime, Luis called to say that my vehicle was being washed and would be ready soon. I got there an hour later and found my vehicle ready, and it was nice and clean! Those types of "special treatment" keep me coming back. More
