The attention with the representative was excellent, but I just I paid for the oil change service and tire rotation but the rotation was never done, the bad thing that I realized when I was already at home. Upon arrival i waited for over 30 minutes for someone to talk to me in the service drive through and it was empty. They were quick to get me an estimate on the repairs needed though. I get all my work comp talk to me in the service drive through and it was empty. They were quick to get me an estimate on the repairs needed though. I get all my work completed at an franchised dealer, but their pricing was WAY high. I took my vehicle to a different Chevrolet dealer and had the work completed for 1/2 the cost. Would not recommend. More
