The appointment I scheduled over the phone was not in the books when I got to the service department. I don't believe it was the fault of the staff because it was 1 man doing the job for many others but there could be a better system in place for the schedule to go accordingly. More

I've called multiple times to inquire about the status, and each time, I was assured that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, that call has yet to come. The lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I made in this car. I expected better service and support from a dealership of this caliber. I sincerely hope they can improve their customer service, as it currently leaves much to be desired. More
