I had a horrible time at this dealership. If it wasn’t because I was using my credit union at the end I would never step foot in this place again. I went to buy the same car twice. First time If it wasn’t because I was using my credit union at the end I would never step foot in this place again. I went to buy the same car twice. First time they made me sign an apr I was going to get with my bank and at the end they didn’t honor what I signed. Then the second time I had a check to buy the car and before I signed they told me the car was not a certified car like they were advertising to me the other 2 times I went. They had told me the car was a little bit more expensive cause it was “certified” then they said they didn’t make a mistake there. Then when I went with the credit union they tried selling me warranty the car already had. Super disappointed in this place. Do not recommend to anyone More

Upon walking in the showroom door, received dirty looks from the employees that were outside, then finally after looking AutoNation that I ever had. I came all the way from Coral Springs over an hour in traffic that claimed we have over 40 banks to get you financed. The Finance Manager refused to let me in the office, then I was immediately escorted to my vehicle like a criminal and told to take my business elsewhere. I felt like I am the most worthless person to ever walk the face of the earth after this cruel treatment. More
