Friendly, professional, responsive and had BOTH of our best interests at heart! My salesperson - Adrian Cruz - was a pleasure to work with. He knew when to step back and when to be proactive and reach out best interests at heart! My salesperson - Adrian Cruz - was a pleasure to work with. He knew when to step back and when to be proactive and reach out. Struck a deal that outdid the three other dealerships I was working with at the same time. Adrian even drove my new car home to me because I was driving another vehicle. What else can you ask for!? More
Buyer beware. ..especially if you're a senior citizen! For 7 1/2 years we've been very friendly with our salesman, Jorge Wejebe and know the manager, Lazaro as well ..especially if you're a senior citizen! For 7 1/2 years we've been very friendly with our salesman, Jorge Wejebe and know the manager, Lazaro as well. We were lied to by omission as to what we believed to be standard on an Equinox. The trunk has to be opened and shut manually and it's extremely heavy for us as I'm almost 70 years old and suffer from arthritis and my husband is nearly 80 and has an unrepairable rotator cuff tear. Also, we're unable to open our gates and garage from inside the vehicle. We also assumed, as this is our 3rd Equinox that all these features were standard. As we had full confidence in our salesman for so many years, we didn't test drive the car as we didn't either with the second one and he did not insist. After 4 hours of confusing back and forth paperwork along with the music as loud as could be, when we arrived home we noticed a dent on the driver side door and some scratches as well as a cap missing from the rear bumper. Jorge advised us to go in Friday to fix the issue at which time we confronted him with how upset, outraged and hurt we were that the car didn't have the features we were used to and he apologized profusely. He offered to have the car polished the following week...as if that would appease us! LOL! He told us he would try and fix the problem which we know is a bunch boloney. I reached out to GM and made a formal complaint and have a case number with them. GM suggested we reach out to the dealership directly. We'll be doing so in the next few days when we've had a chance to destress. What is most sad and hurtful about this experience is that we truly trusted Jorge and had full confidence in him--shame on us for being so gullible. We suspect the dealership will do nothing about this matter so we may have to seek legal counsel. In the meantime, we have to pay $319 per month for a vehicle that does not meet our needs. More
