I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the persistent issue with my car, a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox, which has experienced a breakdown for the third time due to the same problem (E regarding the persistent issue with my car, a 2023 Chevrolet Equinox, which has experienced a breakdown for the third time due to the same problem (Error Code: P0089). The Engine and Transmission System appear to be malfunctioning, specifically, there seems to be a problem with the Fuel Management System, leading to increased fuel consumption and potential damage to the emission control system. I followed the proper guidelines and brought my car to Autonation Doral on May 15th for repairs, and it was only completed on June 7th, causing considerable inconvenience during that period. Regrettably, my car has broken down yet again on July 15th, and it has been left untouched in the same location where the tow truck dropped it off. To my dismay, I have not been given any specific date for when my car will be fixed, and there seems to be a lack of urgency in addressing the issue by Autonation Doral. Service advisor Marcos Maribal “xxxx happens” comments and wait till we get to your car not profesional at all. This situation is not only affecting my daily routine but also raising concerns about the reliability of my vehicle and the quality of service I have received. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to take appropriate measures to rectify the ongoing problem with my car. Please provide a clear timeline for when my vehicle can be repaired, and or providing me a new vehicle. Thanks I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and look forward to a timely response from your end. I have always trusted and valued your dealership's service, and I hope we can work together to address this issue and ensure the reliability of my car moving forward.
