The appointment I scheduled over the phone was not in the books when I got to the service department. I believe the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of work and tasks assigned to one person in the front, books when I got to the service department. I believe the staff is overwhelmed with the amount of work and tasks assigned to one person in the front, after I was able to get on the schedule that morning for my oil change, I waited about 2 hours for them to finish and as I still waited I decided to ask if my truck was ready and it had been ready for a while, however, I was never notified. I don't believe it was the fault of the staff because it was 1 man doing the job for many others but there could be a better system in place for the schedule to go accordingly. More
Made Appointment by phone, however appt was not confirmed for unknown reasons. LUPE GREY is the only competent person and the only reason for the passing review. There was no explanation as to why the appointment was not in their file other than "Oh you made the appointment by phone". I think there is a problem with the scheduling service via phone that is not in sync with the digital system they have in place. More

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Auto Nation Chevrolet. After purchasing a 2021 vehicle, it seems I've spent more time at the dealer than on the road. The service has been nothing short of frustrating. Recently, I had to tow my car in for repairs, and after three days, I am still waiting for a diagnostic. I've called multiple times to inquire about the status, and each time, I was assured that someone would get back to me. Unfortunately, that call has yet to come. The lack of communication and urgency is unacceptable, especially considering the significant investment I made in this car. I expected better service and support from a dealership of this caliber. I sincerely hope they can improve their customer service, as it currently leaves much to be desired. More
