The service is slow and overpriced. Even with an appointment I had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change. The costs have gone up recently which is to be expected given all the recent inflation, however the costs far exceed what places like Jiffy Lube would charge for the same service in a fraction of the time. Forget about trying to get windshield wiper replacements, they are about 4 times the cost. Also, if you go on a Saturday, they don't offer full service, so if you need something other than an oil change, don't bother. I bought my vehicle from this dealership and an extended warranty so I keep using them to keep up the warranty. But man, what a way to sucker you in to paying more for service than it is worth. More
