I have already spoke to the service Manager,Armando R. sales manager, and general manager Alain Josep I have been at the store multiple times . They refuse to fix scratches that my car has from being in sales manager, and general manager Alain Josep I have been at the store multiple times . They refuse to fix scratches that my car has from being in the show room which I show to the salesperson & others, I've been there since day one, they detail the car high all the Scratches, first watches all the Scratches came out, they say they were going to fix, And I did the same thing detail Instead of fixing it right. I have a com. guarantee work for $1,500 There's many companies out there that will do it apparently, in autonation Chevrolet Coral Gables does not have the qualified personnel to do it. On top of that the roof panel that between the trunk and the roof is hit on one side and shift it on the other, spoke to the General Motor guy Joe Chan he said he will look into it, I left him plenty emails he hasn't not have the decency to reply my emails. In another words they sold me a new car that it's been accident, General manager Alain Josep gives me different story, I just wish I never have to set foot on the store again (BAD BUSINESS) I will take my car for service somewhere else & my money. After deciding to try out AutoNation before taking such a drastic step I can say without a doubt that AutoNation is the reason that we enjoy owning our car! Our service advisor JESUS CRUZ gives us the most AMAZING service. He is honest, always available, diligent and hard working. He explains everything in advance and is very smart. I can't say enough good things about him. He is a FIRST CLASS person! The entire team there works so well on behalf of the customers. More
I bought a Mini Cooper Countryman from them. After 3 years, I decided to take the car to get serviced. I was giving them another chance after a bad experience with them 3 years ago with a Chevy After 3 years, I decided to take the car to get serviced. I was giving them another chance after a bad experience with them 3 years ago with a Chevy Spark I also bought from them. They said they didn’t service Minus, because it was a BMW engine. After arguments and discussion, they accepted to take the car in. When it was time to pick it up, after I paid, I went to my car in the parking lot, and it just wouldn’t start even after jumping it. They just left me there with no one around to help. I had to get a towing truck to get it out of there. Your service is not good. Never will I use Autonation’s service again. More
