I bought a Mini Cooper Countryman from them. After 3 years, I decided to take the car to get serviced. I was giving them another chance after a bad experience with them 3 years ago with a Chevy After 3 years, I decided to take the car to get serviced. After arguments and discussion, they accepted to take the car in. When it was time to pick it up, after I paid, I went to my car in the parking lot, and it just wouldn’t start even after jumping it. They just left me there with no one around to help. I had to get a towing truck to get it out of there. Your service is not good. Never will I use Autonation’s service again. More

The service is slow and overpriced. Even with an appointment I had to wait almost 2 hours for an oil change. The costs have gone up recently which is to be expected given all the recent inflation, however the costs far exceed what places like Jiffy Lube would charge for the same service in a fraction of the time. Forget about trying to get windshield wiper replacements, they are about 4 times the cost. Also, if you go on a Saturday, they don't offer full service, so if you need something other than an oil change, don't bother. I bought my vehicle from this dealership and an extended warranty so I keep using them to keep up the warranty. But man, what a way to sucker you in to paying more for service than it is worth. More
