Los servicios son deficientes, llamo por teléfono al Departamento de Servicios y me sale un hombre y me dice dime y pensé estar equivocada pero cuando pregunto me informa que no estoy equivocada, pregun Departamento de Servicios y me sale un hombre y me dice dime y pensé estar equivocada pero cuando pregunto me informa que no estoy equivocada, pregunto con quién hablo y me dice Yoel, quien me comunica que el supervisor no se encuentra que llega sobre las 10 am y más tarde,,, mi asunto es que estoy solicitando el servicio para instalar la Antena de mi auto que fue comprada allí mismo”INVOICE 616597P, y me dicen que demora 4 horas y cada hora tiene un costo de $287 que sumando equivale a $1137, y todos a mi alrededor se preguntan si estoy pidiendo servicios extraterrestre, he solicitado en mas de 7 ocasiones en llamadas telefónicas hablar con un supervisor y no me han podido atender, y me pregunto si atenderán al CANAL 51 y le darán respuesta de semejante costo, estuve hablando con el Departamento General de Servicios de la Chevrolet y me dijeron que procesarán mi queja, del mal trato, de la falta de información y de los precios, en definitiva ese concesionario deja mucho que desear con la atención al CLIENTE, otro asunto menos importante y muy importante para mi, la solicitud de la pieza la realice el 22 de mayo y me enteré ayer porque llamé a preguntar,, y no voy a explicar la respuesta de la persona que me atendió, gracias, pueden buscar mis datos por el número de invoice More

I left my car and it sat for 5 days with zero communication. When I could call, there was either no answer or a response of “I will communicate with the mechanic” would come back. When pressed to talk to someone, the dealership would hang up on you. After 5 days of incurring the expense of Ubering, I went and picked up my car. No one had looked at it and nothing had been done. A complete scam and waste of my time and money. The unprofessional behavior of Fidel and the service team is unbelievable. Do not take your car here. More
