IRIS THE OFFICE MANAGER AND MARYLANN THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCING, I AM NOT SURE OF HER NAME SPELLING ETC., TWO HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PLAIN RUDE WOMEN WHO STILL HAVEN'T RESOLVED MY ISSUE AFTER SEVER FINANCING, I AM NOT SURE OF HER NAME SPELLING ETC., TWO HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND PLAIN RUDE WOMEN WHO STILL HAVEN'T RESOLVED MY ISSUE AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS OF TRYING TO REACH THEM. IRIS' RESPONSE TO MY ISSUE WITH THE OTHER LADY WAS "OH WELL" REALLY, THAT'S WHAT A CUSTOMER DESERVES AS A RESPONSE!?!?!? i HAVE VISITED THE DEALER 3 DIFFERNT TIMES AND EACH TIME THE RECEPTIONIST AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE TEAM HAVE DIRECTED ME INCORRECTLY. FINALLY I MET THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCING AND SHE GUARANTEED THAT THE ISSUE WOULD BE SOLVED AND 3 DAYS LATER SHE DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY PHONE CALLS OR MESSAGES LEFT. FINALLY, I SPOKE WITH THE OFFICER MANAGER WHO WAS RUDE AND DEFENSIVE. SHE THEN GOT A HOLD OF THE OTHER WOMAN WHOM I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH STILL BECAUSE ACCORDING TO HER "SHE'S BEEN TOO BUSY TO ANSWER MY CALL" IRIS WAS ABLE TO RELAY A MESSAGE TO HER BUT AT THE SAME TIME, IRIS WHEN I EXPLAINED THE ISSUE RESPONDED "OH WELL" TO PEOPLE DIRECTING RE-DIRECTING US INCORRECTLY. TILL TODAY, MY ISSUE STILL STANDS AS UNRESOVED AND I NEED TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE BUT IT SEEMS NO ONE AT THIS DEALER CARES! I WISH SOMEONE WOULD HELP ME. More

Truly impressed and unexpected spectacular service. Just when I thought it could not get better, I received a personal call on my cell phone from the general manager (Raul) to ensure I was pleased with my car and to offer his help in any way. Did not have the Camaro we were told we would see when we made the appontment to visit. Misrepresented the MSRP by +$700 - when we pointed this out, claimed it was for 'towing charges' to bring the car we w made the appontment to visit. Carlos Wejebe was an excellent sales associate. He helped us get a great deal on two Chevrolet Cruzes. He was very helpful and accommodating (not to mention, he bought us coffee).
