I purchased a pre-owned Cadillac Escalade on August 10, 2023 and Coral Gables Auto Nation in Florida and paid, in full, $18,454.16. Within 24 hours of full payment your sales person, Octavio Rubido's Gene 2023 and Coral Gables Auto Nation in Florida and paid, in full, $18,454.16. Within 24 hours of full payment your sales person, Octavio Rubido's General Manager Alain Joseph, advised the car was not available for an undisclosed reason. Your sales person, Octavio, said my money would be refunded within 5 days. It is now been 8 days since Auto Nation negotiated my check and I have not received my refund. Grand theft in the State of Florida is a felony for amounts over $5,000. Prior to going to the State Attorney's office, it is my sincere desire to simply get a return of my $18,454.16 in addition to your company cancelling the transfer of my plate and insurance which you have unlawfully converted to one of your vehicles. I gave them my phone number and contact information. I expected this matter to be addressed immediately without any further excuses for Auto Nation cashing my check and inappropriately converting my funds, license place and insurance coverage. mikeaudette57@gmail.com More

I came in on a Saturday not entirely sure what I needed, but Andy really helped us out. He got us out of the dealer with car keys in hand within a few hours, making it the quickest dealership visit I’ve eve but Andy really helped us out.
