LOAN was my car sales man, So at first he seemed interested in giving us a good experience. I noticed the next day that the car had garbage stuck in between the seats and screws all sorts of knick n interested in giving us a good experience. I noticed the next day that the car had garbage stuck in between the seats and screws all sorts of knick nacks. I alerted him of how dirty the car was and he agreed to have the car "detailed". I took the car to get washed and when I got the car after two hours of waiting the car seemed to have been poorly washed and NOT detailed there was smears still had garbage just very poor quality. I was in no mood to argue so I took the car. He agreed that he would correct the poor wash in the near future for free since I didn't have the time to come back or stay. Lately my cars PSI has been dropping a lot so my first guess was that it was a screw or something that had gotten stuck in the tire. I took it to a tire shop ( well known place ) and they told me that the tire could NOT be repaired because it was already repaired and that the other three tires were also in a very poor condition the Tire employee didn't even dare to sell me tire he told me to go back to the dealership that it was unacceptable for them to have given me these tires. When I called the car salesman he said that people lie to get new tires. Mind you this is literally less than a month of me using the vehicle. He was rude and he just doesn't care about the customers experience. He said you can do whatever you want. This has been a TERRIBLE experience and we've been going to this dealership since I was basically in my preteen years I'm 34 now. Osmani has always been our salesman but fortunately he is now in a higher position, I really hope this can get to him. LOVE - Socorro's son. I purchased my second vehicle from Auto Nation of coral gables. Sale person - Vicente and Service advisor who handle my recall on 8/31/23 was good. I could have taken it to a Gas Station pay $3.00 and vacuum it myself, clean the interior MUCH better then your Employee/Department did. Yes, I bought it to Vicente ( Sale person) who did the deal vehicle deal with me. I had an amazing service performed on my 2021 GMC Yukon XL. Jesus, the service technician, was very knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful.
