It is always busy! I can’t find a time of day or day of the week that is less busy. They do try to be quick, but I think things fall through the cracks. When we drove in, we waited 15 minutes to be asked why we were there. One of the representatives took 2 people ahead of us that walked in after us. She just kept calling them up as they came in. Finally another representative came and got us checked in and dropped off within 2 minutes. They didn’t try to upsell us on any extra services so that was nice. I also didn’t like how the representative who checked us out, the same who wouldn’t check us in, told us that if the survey wasn’t perfect they would get a fail and to take that into consideration. I don’t think that should be public knowledge. Let me grade you on your service and if you pass or fail is not on me. More

Ive always had issues with service here. But I had to return for service bc my warranty charges double deductible for going elsewhere...so nice. This time was better as far as the communication from the advisor. She was MUCH better this time telling me what stage the process was in. But its the same issue with delays. Was going to be 4 days for me to have the car back...it turned into 3 weeks. I dont mind it taking a while since it was a huge repair but its easier to know that ahead and make arrangements accordingly. There was also damage to my fan housing that is very apparent with the naked eye but they put the car back together without mentioning they broke the part. I guess they thought I wouldnt open the hood. I sent a pic to the advisor and she quickly replied with an apology and said she would order the part right away. Kudos to the advisor this time. I dont think any set backs are her fault. She really put in an a good effort. More
