I was towed in on March 13-14 for a battery/alternator problem. My car was ready for pickup late in the day on March 31. I had requested that they keep the old battery since it was only a year old. I think almost three weeks is a little long to keep a senior citizen's car. AND THE BATTERY WAS NOT RETURNED! It will not let me fill in the optional below! Since I was towed in from the Potter County line after a 15+ hour trip from Houston and could not go to the grocery store for three weeks, my meals were not exactly nutritional; ramen noodles and canned soup! And I lost any potential to get a refund on the one year old battery. More
