My salesman was great, but the service attitude in the dealership was horrible. I purchased a 69,000 dollar used truck. Before I signed, I noticed mud and cow crap under the truck, it was never cleaned go dealership was horrible. I purchased a 69,000 dollar used truck. I told them that this had to be fixed before I bought the truck, they agreed. 5 hours later, I walk out to drive my new truck, and they washed it, but missed everything that they were supposed to clean. They told me that It would be better if I just cleaned it. I’m not happy about this, and think it’s a cultural problem here at this location. More

I accidentally put DEF in my tank and the truck died I had it towed to the dealership where I met Coby Venhaus who immediately told me what they might have to do. He then had a shuttle driver take me to had it towed to the dealership where I met Coby Venhaus who immediately told me what they might have to do. He then had a shuttle driver take me to the airport to rent a vehicle. I had to leave the next day for a month I was always able to get Coby on the phone to go over bill. The truck was ready in just a bout a week so when I flew back into Amarillo there was a shuttle driver waiting for me. This was a great job by Auto Nation and Coby Venhaus More
