Well, I WAS happy, and now I’m livid. We were told that we needed certain items for verification. We told the finance officer due to our current circumstances, we did NOT have these items. We were told “we can make it work without.” So we were stupid and signed the papers. The loan and everything was approved and so we figured we were all clear. A week later we’re told we HAVE to have these items that we’d already said WE DID NOT HAVE! So now, my Jeep, is BACK at the dealership and we’re mad. All because they wanted to push a sale! They knew good and well it wasn’t going to get done, and we were dumb enough to not say, you need to verify it BEFORE we sign anything. NEVER will I EVER recommend Autonation, nor will we EVER go back!!!
