I’ve called in twice over the past 8 months regarding a safety recall & have gotten nowhere. I’m told there is no current remedy for this recall. No one has taken ownership of this, offers to take my nam safety recall & have gotten nowhere. I’m told there is no current remedy for this recall. There may not be a current fix to the problem but I’m not impressed on how it’s being handled. More

Wade did a fantastic job of taking care of us in our 5 1/2 month wait for a chip part from GM for our Volt.
