We are traveling from out of state and our Chevy Silverado needed an oil change and tire rotation. It was going to take a couple of hours so our service writer Coby who was very nice offered us a ri Silverado needed an oil change and tire rotation. The driver again asked where we wanted to go, I told him Torchys Tacos and he didn’t say anything but kept driving. Realizing that the restaurant was close to the dealership and we were nowhere close to it I again told him where we wanted to go. His response was “is it a hotel?” I again told him no it’s a restaurant and pulled up the directions on my phone. We had gone in the complete opposite direction. My problem isn’t that he was not familiar with the restaurant, my problem is that he didn’t ask and just got on I40 and drove 10 miles out of the way. He was completely clueless and didn’t ask. Our other negative was that when they rotated the tires they did not adjust the pressure. We tow a 41’ 5th wheel and tire pressure is very important. More

Service seemed okay, I think 1 hour is excessive to wait for an oil change. But overall it was a good experience.
