Terrible service I hate to do this but this place is absolutely terrible. They have had my brand new truck for 2 months! Bought a 2018 Silverado from them in Janua I hate to do this but this place is absolutely terrible. They have had my brand new truck for 2 months! Bought a 2018 Silverado from them in January 2018. I hardly drive the truck (12,000 miles as of 11/2019) as I have a company vehicle. Company truck went into the shop so I had to drive my personal truck. While driving I noticed a terrible clunking metal on metal sound from the rear end. I took it into the dealership and my advisor told me it was a known process that they had to first replace the shackles and then the lead springs, which they accomplished and told me the truck was fixed and ready for pick up. 3 days later, the sound came back worse so I took it back. They looked at the truck and said the rear lift blocks were missing and that was the problem. Those were installed, problem was still there. They then said wheels and tires, which also was false after placing stock wheels and tires on it. After many failed attempts I was told the last thing they could do was rip apart the rear end and make sure nothing was wrong internally. Rear end was never in fact taken apart and the truck is still on their lot with them saying “GM wont let us touch the truck anymore. 2 months with a BRAND NEW truck and they can not/wont fix the problem because “they aren’t making money on the project. Why buy brand new for a warranty that doesn’t get honored. They have still not offered anything to fix/make the situation any better I have always been a chevy fan but after the experience I have encountered at AutoNation I will never purchase another chevy again, especially from AutoNation chevy. If I can inform anyone looking to buy a vehicle or get service from this dealership I would highly recommend saving yourself the hassle and going elsewhere More

Without getting too in depth, I brought in my 2013 Chevy Cruze for maintenance on the cooling system. It was overheating something fierce, and no amount of home repairs would do the job. We took the vehicle in 3 separate times as none of those encounters fixed the issue. PLUS, each time we took it home, the car drove worse than it did before. The servicing technician, adviser and manager all continuously fed us lie after lie after lie. Now, I am dealt with a cracked head and a large balance left on my loan. They refuse to take responsibility and are not willing to help me. I am a single mother, who works scarce hours and is also attempting to go to school. I cannot afford any further repairs, and I will not let them touch my car until they make amends. I do not have time to fight with a money hungry business who have little regard for customer satisfaction. Absolutely terrible service. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
Terrible and unprofessional service center My 2015 Equinox chevy fuel pump went at 33000 miles. My car isn't quite 4 years old. (its 2nd suv I bought here) I took it to service center to replace the defected fuel pump which I ask them to check a year ago that something was knocking in back of car and they said it was from the cold weather?. Then when I just got it serviced they said "I was lucky it is covered" REALLLLLLLLLLLY! I asked for a loaner car to get to work the next day and they said no, I said I would pay for one, they still said no and at 5pm when they said they are keeping it for the next day, that its my problem on getting a rental car. NICE! They had 600 cars on lot. WOW!I went in the following day to pick up my suv and let them know as a repeated customer I WILL NEVER buy another defected car with poor service to top it off! Chevy was the vehicle I always bought, but not anymore. Trading this suv soon for a Toyota who stands behind excellent service for repeat customers! Nancy Myrick More

Damaged my Brand New Corvette I took my brand new 2019 Corvette in for its 500 mile service. The service writer was very polite and professional. The oil change was completed quick I took my brand new 2019 Corvette in for its 500 mile service. The service writer was very polite and professional. The oil change was completed quickly however.... I discovered a paint chip at the top of the hood by the windshield wipers. At first it was “I don’t see how we could have done this”. Trust me, I never had the hood up, I had only had the car for 3 days and rock chips do not happen in that area.I let them know I was severely disappointed and I wanted my hood replaced since first, it is a brand new, an $80,000 vehicle and also it is impossible to match a factory paint job, even if it’s a small area. Upon much discussion I agreed to them to make an effort to repair the chip. I called the Service Manager back today and let him know that I will not be satisfied with the repair and requested to get a new hood. Mark said he would have to defer to the GM to make this decision...I’m awaiting an answer... More
xxxxxx DONE with their so-called "service" dept In the year that I've owned my 2013 Camaro I've had to have the fuel injectors replaced twice, the battery, the radio, the Hill Start Assist, and then In the year that I've owned my 2013 Camaro I've had to have the fuel injectors replaced twice, the battery, the radio, the Hill Start Assist, and then my clutch went bad. Their excuse about my clutch was "well the 100 point inspection when we sell the car only indicates that the parts are working, not that they're worn out." Well that's just great! This car only has 58,000 miles. The warranty didn't cover the clutch because it's not considered a "moving part." So Autonation wanted to charge me $2500 for parts and labor, but didn't provide me with an itemized statement for the parts. I found a local mechanic who did the job for less than $1,000. Hey, it's not covered by warranty anyway, so why not. Anyway, when I took it in because the Hill Start Assist wasn't releasing on hills (caused the clutch to overheat, probably because the clutch was burning out anyway), they gave me some baloney about using the E-brake on hills. It took my husband dumbing it down before they finally understood that the Hill Start Assist needed adjustment. My radio was cutting in and out and they replaced it under warranty, but now the new radio is even worse and I'm still having to pay for Sirius XM with fewer features! I don't know why the fuel injectors went bad twice in six months. They said I had to use premium fuel, so now I do. I hate dealing with so-called "service advisors" who have absolutely no mechanical knowledge and don't listen to you. I hate the fact that I have to have my husband talk to them. I hate the fact that my Camaro has spent so much time in the shop in one year. And then they give me hassle if I want a rental vehicle so I can get to work while they "analyze" my car. Don't get me started on how they quoted me $600 to fix a flickering headlight, and later on when I took the car to get the headlight fixed, the price suddenly changed to $1100. I'm so xxxxxx DONE with Autonation that I don't even care about the extended warranty anymore. More
Worst service and customer service ever and i mean ever. The worst experience ever. Started out by having the service department performing a routine oil change and literally after driving off with my car ab The worst experience ever. Started out by having the service department performing a routine oil change and literally after driving off with my car about 3 miles down the road the car over heats really bad. Had on star get it towed back to the dealership. They couldn't diagnose it. Went from replacing starter to the battery to the cooling fan assembly then a week later the engine went out. Been dealing with the general manager Jay and have told him time and time again I want my car replaced due to their service error. Nothing was wrong with my camaro when I dropped it off until after they serviced it and yet they can take full responsibility for their mistake. All the general manager does is give me the xxxx run around so I'm getting ready to file a complaint with the BBB not against General motors but against him and the dealership for failure to make the problem correct. This has been going on since Dec 23 2017. So whatever you do don't take your new cars or trucks to get serviced here or you'll wild up in a big ordeal like myself and they won't do anything to help you. Trust me I've tried day in and day out. Get completely nowhere with those clowns. To top it off the General Manager is a big piece of xxxx nothing but a little xxxxx hiding behind his desk like a little girl doesn't want to fix the service departments mistake of xxxxing up my camaro... I'm still waiting for the compression results which I asked back on Dec 29th when me and my boss requested on a recorded line to show proof that the engine did fail on its and not to some wrong doing on the service part. I feel that they are hiding something from me since they are not showing me the evidence to prove what they are telling me in the mean time I will keep adding to this review and will continue to do so until justice is served. I don't care who in the dealership take a the hit that's not my problem anymore so it will be who of you to resolve this issue which has been going on since the 23rd of December and no one has come forward with the honest to god truth I guess no one over there has the xxxxx to do so just as I thought. I will post this exact same review at all places I can in regards to this dealership and it's management I'm done with them blowing smoke up my xxx. I was born at night but not last night. How do you like them apples and if they have to take a pay cut due to all this so be it maybe they'll learn not to xxxx with me ever again. xxxxx in their court now. More

I picked up the truck to discover they put in some connectors for #2 and #7 injectors. This should be approximately $30 in connectors and would have taken me 30minures to do. I was charged just under $500 in labor for this fix. They played stupid when I confronted them about it, as well as the service director, but they all knew exactly what they were doing. This is a common problem for this model and I am sure they have seen thousands for the same thing. They knew exactly how to sell it, just didn't expect the customer to know what was going on. I have never had an honest experience with this shop, but it was always small fries, this was the last straw and I recommend taking your Chevy to a ford dealer before taking it here. More
