Disappointed they don't carry the parts to repair my 2006 silverado. The truck needed three things repaired they couldn't do them because they can't get the parts. The oil change is the only thing they did a silverado. The truck needed three things repaired they couldn't do them because they can't get the parts. The oil change is the only thing they did and they made a mess doing it. My clean garage floor is a mess now with a 10 inch circle of oil that drip from the skid plate. It should have been cleaned before it was released to me. Very disappointed!!! More
My service rep Rosa told me, "you'll be receiving a survey, any question that is not positive will result in me getting in trouble and having to go to the principal’s office." I facilitate Gallup surveys for a living and putting that type of pressure on customers only works to skew honest feedback. A better approach would be for the rep to ask, “did we meet all of your service expectations?” And if the answer is no, a good response would be, “We would love the opportunity to have a second chance to get it right, could you tell us where we missed the mark.” Telling me to give a good rating to avoid “ending up in the principles office” tells me there is no real concern for my level of service and only a self-concern. And yes, my service could have been better but she never thought to ask me. More

I like Auto Nation because they work together to get the problems fixed in a timely way and the efforts to make me comfortable while I waited were great.
