My vehicle was at the dealership for a week with no contact from service staff. My advisor was out sick, nobody picked up the slack and let me know the status of my vehicle. My issue with this dealership is they don't follow up. I called to many times and was just transferred around and then would leave a voicemail and nobody would call back in a timely manner(when I call in I called to many times and was just transferred around and then would leave a voicemail and nobody would call back in a timely manner(when I call in the morning and am told I will get right back to you I expect a call back that day not a day and half later). When I make a purchase with cash(debit card) how long does it take to finalize a sale. I was told I would get a check back for $1000.00 when the sale finalized and they would reach out to me. Why can't you just stream line things and just discount the vehicle. The last time I called and was told they would look into it and call back they didn't. When I called back I find out the sales manager and sales associate I was dealing with was off the next two days and was offered to leave a voicemail told them that wasn't going to work. They transferred me to different sales manager(Eric Thompson I believe) he was very professional and did follow up and helped to resolve the issue. More
