First of all, an hour and a half of waiting in a very uncomfortable waiting area for a basic oil/filter change with tire rotation was difficult. I discovered after I got home that the service did not replace my cabin air filter after my requesting that it be checked and replaced. The service manager stated they would replace it if needed. When I checked it after returning home the filter was filthy even with a few bugs. I also noticed after returning home a strong petroleum odor coming from the AC vents. Finally I discovered the next morning a low tire pressure indicator was activated. Was that due to the tire rotation? It’s hard to say. Very dissatisfied. More

My service lady was excellent.
