The managers listen to your concerns. We were there 3 1/2 hours just for a trunk liner to be installed. Vehicle was not washed when we purchased and not after service yesterday. However, I just wanted out of there and did not ask for a wash. We had to ask for updates, very upset that it took far too long. Service rep. apologized many times which was appreciated. Nerves were shot as we drove away. We had numerous things planned for the day and this threw us way off schedule. It was also my birthday which compounded the wait. I spoke to a manager and was able to express my concerns. Not happy. More

They need a work-around for the GM policy to not update the EMU on certain cars. That policy basically causes me to trash an otherwise perfectly good car.
