Have been using this dealership for many years and I have not had a major problem at any time. Weather buying a new car or service all has been good and well done. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star not had a major problem at any time. Weather buying a new car or service all has been good and well done. The only thing keeping me from a 5 star rating is the current turn in business that has effected the length of time needed in service to complete the needed task. Oil chanes used to be fast but can now take 2 or more hours. I realize times have changed and Arrowhead may have spoiled me in the past but that is my only comlaint. More
