After not receiving a call back from our service writer I made a same day appointment online. When we got to dealership they had no record of the appointment. The Warranty Manager (Regina didn't get a last n made a same day appointment online. When we got to dealership they had no record of the appointment. The Warranty Manager (Regina didn't get a last name) took over. One of the techs heard our problem and took our car back to check things out. (It was a tire pressure sensor)acting up. Regina, after we waited about 15 minute, told us the part was faulty and if we could wait for about 30 minutes they could fix it for us. Outstanding service. thank you guys very much. More
I purchased my 2018 Silverado 1500 LTZ with a clean CARFAX in March 22. I participated in a valuation exercise at the dealership and was informed that CARFAX had an airbag deployment. It appeared on CARFAX in March 22. I participated in a valuation exercise at the dealership and was informed that CARFAX had an airbag deployment. It appeared on the report later than their original inquiry allegedly. The response from the dealership was that they are not responsible for carfax. I purchased a vehicle from Autonation Chevrolet Arrowhead, not carfax. The dealership did request carfax to do more research to find it was not an airbag deployment accident but a trailer accident. Either way, buyer beware as neither were on the carfax included with the purchase. More
