Since I started going to AutoNation a couple of years ago this was by far the worst experience I have had. Scheduled appt for an oil change and tire rotation. The first thing I noticed was additional employees on the service driveway a young woman greeted me immediately upon arrival and took some info down and notified a service tec I was there for my appt. He notified me during the process that a few additional recommendations had been made asking for my go ahead ( what outstanding customer service !!! ) all in all it was a great experience and I hope additional employees will be added (hopefully like Vincent) More

I find that AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead an excellent place to take your car. The service agent was waiting for me and took my information and told me exactly what was going to happen. He stated that it would take a few hours and that I could wait or get a ride from the shuttle. I chose the shuttle. The driver was quick to pick me up at AutoNation and get me home. He drove safely as well. At pick up time there was some confusion but it all worked out. I would recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead. More
