On my last visit one week ago the service department was very helpful especially my service writer and Director of service department. I requested help getting my truck ready to trade in for a new one speci very helpful especially my service writer and Director of service department. I requested help getting my truck ready to trade in for a new one specifically from the finance and sales departments to help in the interaction with the aftermarket appearance warranty that I purchased when I bought this 2018 Silverado high country new. I have yet to hear anything from the aftermarket warranty company Perma plate or any follow up from the finance department that reassured me this policy would cover any and all appearance defects interior and exterior. I specifically asked the finance sales person that talked me into purchasing the warranty about damage to the leather seats. It was stated that they were completely covered, all I’ve been asking is for a repair to a small tear in my passenger leather seat that is maybe three eights of an inch long… More
