Worst experience ever. Devon the salesperson failed to disclose ANY information in the vehicle I purchased. After leaving the dealership I found the dealer folder left in the car by salesperson that clearly showed defects and never mentioned anything. After capping to get the items fiixed I was denied. I took the vehicle back the next day. I payed my $5k deposit in cash and was told they would issue me a check that I could take to my bank and cash immediately. I attempted to do so and BOFA informed me the check doesn’t exist and cold cash it or deposit into y account. This is FridaY afternoon. After waiting at the bank for over an hour, calling all kinds of numbers and getting nothing but VM and no returned calls I finally get ahold of Daniel who informed me he didn’t know what to do. The ladies that cut the checks were gone for the day and wouldn’t return until Monday. I had to cancel my new purchase and a different dealership until I can get my funds. Buyers better off this dealership. More

I recently inquired about purchasing a GMC Yukon XL through AutoNation GMC Arrowhead, dealing with the internet/fleet manager, Mark Aurillio. While Mark was able to get me approved for financing on a v through AutoNation GMC Arrowhead, dealing with the internet/fleet manager, Mark Aurillio. While Mark was able to get me approved for financing on a vehicle, my overall experience with him left a lot to be desired. Throughout our interactions, he was consistently blunt and came across as rude. When we decided to hold off on the purchase and revisit the option of getting a brand new vehicle next month, Mark sent me a text message that was unprofessional and unnecessarily harsh. As a potential customer, I expected a higher level of courtesy and professionalism, especially when making such a significant investment. Instead, I left the interaction feeling disrespected and will not be returning to do business with this dealership. I would advise anyone considering AutoNation Chevrolet Arrowhead to proceed with caution and hope they receive better treatment than I did. More
