The worst. , my car needed a recall repair. Made an appointment early morning and turns out the dodo not have the part. Wasted time waisted sleep. Then once the , my car needed a recall repair. Made an appointment early morning and turns out the dodo not have the part. Wasted time waisted sleep. Then once the part came in they didn’t bother to call me. I called to follow up after some time and learned they had for some time and made the appointment got it taken care of. The work and care of my car was the worst. Panels were separating. But the worst thing of it all. My car was filthy. Roof panel, seats, dash and the rear carpet was soiled badly. The inside of my car was prestine. Very clean, I had never carried anything or anyone in the back. The destroyed the look of my interior my not taking care. No plastic nor paper to protect. Not acceptable at all. I had them go over it three times they just covered it with plastic and brown paper to make it look as if they had cleaned. They destroyed the look of my interior. Neither the cleaner nor tech appeared to know what they were doing. Very unprofessional and unexpected for a dealership shop. Totally unacceptable. I felt and still feel they have the worst crew and will never take my car there for anything again. We in for a repair and got my car damaged. Put a lot of wear and tear on my car more than I could ever put on my car during my ownership. That u can not get back even if cleaned completely. More

Micah Barfield went above and beyond from start to finish! Best services visor I have ever dealt with ! We were 1400 miles away from home and she did everything she could to get us back on the road. Unfortunately that didn’t work out so I had to leave my truck and get a rental. Communicated with me every step of the way! Truck was fixed in 2 days! Manager , Ann Marie said she would ship it to me and handle the Gm side of it. Well after a week truck was still sitting on their lot! Ended up catching a flight from charleston sc to Amarillo.. Micah picked me up the next morning at 6:45 am and took me to the dealership and I was on the road back to Charleston at 7:10! Thank you Micah for your commitment to service! My truck blew the engine near Amarillo. We had it towed into Autonation. They put a new engine in and cost was little over $23000. I called on a Thursday to let them know I would be there We had it towed into Autonation. They put a new engine in and cost was little over $23000. I called on a Thursday to let them know I would be there on Monday. On Monday we drive 5 hours to Amarillo pay the 23k and get the receipt THEN they said the truck is in the back so we walk back there and they are working on the truck. There was a check engine light on and they couldn’t figure why. We waited 3 hours it was closing time and they said we have it figured out. Also asked me to pay more money to get parts. I said no way. They had the truck all week still couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Told us they called in an expert and had it fixed. They delivered the truck to us with no check engine light BUT the truck still misfires. If you have a diesel truck do not go to Autonation for service. More
