The salesman and in house financing were great! However, the service department is a joke! They want me to take my pickup back and let it set in the parking lot for 1 to 2 weeks before they will However, the service department is a joke! I did not have an appointment and there was a mechanical issue with my truck. Delena worked with the service department so my the problem could be diagnosed while I waited. While there I asked to have a com issue with my truck. Delena worked with the service department so my the problem could be diagnosed while I waited. While there I asked to have a complete oil change and service performed. While the problem could not be repaired, Delena and the service team did everything to keep me informed of the diagnostic process and service. I am very happy I used AutoNation in Amarillo. More
