I did not have an appointment and there was a mechanical issue with my truck. Delena worked with the service department so my the problem could be diagnosed while I waited. While there I asked to have a com issue with my truck. Delena worked with the service department so my the problem could be diagnosed while I waited. While there I asked to have a complete oil change and service performed. While the problem could not be repaired, Delena and the service team did everything to keep me informed of the diagnostic process and service. I am very happy I used AutoNation in Amarillo. More

The cooperation and knowledge of the service crew has always been good with the vehicle that I purchased new in 2016. I recently took a 2008 vehicle there that was purchased at another dealer. They are shorthanded but if you have a little bit of patience they will work with you and try to help you out as much as they can. I usually know that it's gonna take a little while to get my oil chang patience they will work with you and try to help you out as much as they can.
