They are shorthanded but if you have a little bit of patience they will work with you and try to help you out as much as they can. I usually know that it's gonna take a little while to get my oil chang patience they will work with you and try to help you out as much as they can. I usually know that it's gonna take a little while to get my oil changed when I go in there so I make sure I have the time to wait. More

The service experience is always a nightmare. We had an 8am appointment time and were first in line, at 740 am. We went back to check on our truck at 10am and Cassie looked at me and rolled her We had an 8am appointment time and were first in line, at 740 am. We went back to check on our truck at 10am and Cassie looked at me and rolled her eyes when I asked how much longer it might be. She said, "uh, we obviously had a lot come in at 8..." An answer of "30 more minutes" or even an hour would have been more welcome than an eye roll. An oil change takes entirely too long. We are just finishing out the oil change program in our offer because they are free still, but will then go to a more reliable, faster, and much nicer service dealer (Street Toyota). More

My wife had requested an appointment and was able to get one very quickly. The service department did a little more than asked. Although it cost us more money, I would much rather them do too much than not one very quickly. The service department did a little more than asked.
