I had an appointment on Tuesday. And I had to call two and three days later to check on my car. They still hadn't diagnosed my vehicle. When I reminded them I had an appointment and And I had to call two and three days later to check on my car. They still hadn't diagnosed my vehicle. When I reminded them I had an appointment and I took the car in, I was told was that is not really the day is that they're going to look at it that just means that's the day we're going to accept it. Very frustrating! Then after I did finally get an estimate and had it worked on. I requested a car detail for the inside. The charge was $175. The car still had stains that could have been removed, dog hair and where items had been spilled on the console there was still liquid dried liquid on the console and on the handles of the car. I was very disappointed! For $175 to have a car cleaned you would think it would look brand new. As a matter of fact I was told it did look brand new, but when I picked it up I was very disappointed to see that was not an accurate statement. I love AutoNation they have done a lot of great work for me in the past. Unfortunately this was not my best interaction with him. More
