The customer service at first was very good. I purchased a vehicle on Friday January 6th. on Sunday the 8th, the check engine light came on. Remind you this is a brand new vehicle that had less I purchased a vehicle on Friday January 6th. on Sunday the 8th, the check engine light came on. Remind you this is a brand new vehicle that had less than 30 miles on it and a 2023 model. I reached out to the salesman immediately and did not get a response until Tuesday. Dropped my truck off in Service on Tuesday the 10th, they told me it would be 2 weeks until look at it. I let them know the salesman told me I could drop it off to be looked at immediately. After back and forth they finally did. They ended up clearing the codes and told to drove on hoping it doesn't come back on. I leave on Tuesday night with it. Wednesday morning, check engine light comes back on. I drop it off Wednesday morning, Laura in Service helped provide a rental that Autonation is paying for while in the shop. I reach back out today (Friday), and find out it has not been looked at yet (when it was looked at immediately on Tuesday). This truck was already previously worked on by the shop, and Autonation is paying for a rental for me, AND the truck is brand new with less than 300 miles on it. I thought that to preserve their own costs, they had already worked on it, and because it is brand new and I have only gotten to drive it 2 days out of 7, that they would hop on this to help prevent possible lemon law issues. But that is not the case. The best part of this process has been Laura in Service, but she is new and I feel does not have the pull with the dealership to understand my situation to help yet. But she has been great. Just need and want my brand new vehicle fixed that can't seem to get on the road or in the shop. I understand the automotive transport industry and customers being told everyday the same thing and understand that shops are backed up and can't get to vehicles immediately (so please don't speak to that again). But it seems that yall took my trade, got me to sign on the dotted line for your vehicle, and got a truck deal, and now I am thrown to the wayside after a deal is made. Kinda like a 'gotcha' moment. It is brand new, took delivery a week ago, and already had to be in the shop twice. My confidence level on this vehicle and getting it in the shop is drastically dropping. My thoughts on this review could change, but at this particular moment, this is how I rate based on my current experience and thoughts. Could change depending on how this is handled. Thanks More

I had to get my transmission oil changed on my 2017 Duramax while i was at work delana was very helpful while i was asking questions while she was working with other customers while they were working Duramax while i was at work delana was very helpful while i was asking questions while she was working with other customers while they were working on my pickup and others. i was asking prices for other items then they found out i had a recall and also got that done in a timely manner. I also had her price me out some tires for our Tahoe, due to they need to be replaced here pretty soon. Also the mechanic that worked on getting the truck out early was very nice and respectful. More
