We had great internet salesman, He gets 5. stars-Attentive, helpful, took his time, etc. Things then went downhill. 3 financial people tried to convince us to use their bank not ours. Ours had stars-Attentive, helpful, took his time, etc. Things then went downhill. 3 financial people tried to convince us to use their bank not ours. Ours had already offered us 5.99% financing. Then we were not told the car only had 1 fob until we picked it up. Your dealership was too cheap to have another fob made so that added another $285 to our cost when they make fobs at their facility. So your dealership gets a 1 star. More

We drove 2 hours to look at a specific vehicle. When we arrived the car wouldn’t start. Finally determined battery was dead. Tried jumping it to no avail. They said they would change batteries. When we arrived the car wouldn’t start. Finally determined battery was dead. Tried jumping it to no avail. They said they would change batteries. Went and got lunch. Came back. Battery changed. Car wouldn’t start. Determined it was out of gas. Salesman went to get gas. Gas can was broken. Went and got another gas can, 40 min later with gas in vehicle it started. 4 hours later we finally got a test drive. 7 hours later we finally left with a vehicle. Was a very long day and full of ridiculous mishaps that we have never before witnessed at a dealership. More
