I am a 12 year customer. Went in for service today. My appointment was ready. They new my name from facial recognition. They were friendly. They detailed my Cruze. I have been trying for the last 3 days to get a quote from them for the amount expected back and they keep telling me they will call me back in an hour and never do. The finance manager along with her staff is completely and utterly incompetent and does not care about the customer. Additionally, back a week or so ago I asked a lady (I don't remember her name) over the phone, who works in the service department, about window tinting and she told me she had no idea what days the guy who performed the service was there and told me to come in and ask one of the guys that works in the garage....ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Since she works there I guess it is too much for her to get off her xxx and walk around the corner and ask. I haven't been this frustrated since I had to deal with Dell's customer service over the phone in India. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My recent experience at courtesy chevy Orlando airport was outstanding. I was on the search for a specific used car and even thOugh the car was not on the lot my first visit the guys at the dealership wh was outstanding. Everyone was extremely nice and they even introduced me to the gm of the dealership which assured me they would find my car. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Was told I didn't know what I was talking about. They said their tech "just returned from school", but he knew NOTHING about the fluid that is now required for a diesel. I have bought many cars in my 58 years, but I have never bought from such a customer friendly dealer.The salesman was low key and willing to work with us to find something we could afford. Jack was a superior representative for Chevy who went out of his way to make the deal. He followed up and really cared about the future of his customer and our relationship with Chevy. I am a female and have had some very bad experiences with car purchases. This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had. Courtesy Chev. certainly lives up to their name.
