I would not recommend this dealership. I had a great sales experience, the sales team was fantastic but the service department is terrible. Since buying my Camaro a year ago I have not had pleasant expe sales experience, the sales team was fantastic but the service department is terrible. If you are looking to buy the car but not have it serviced there I would reccommend but the service department is terrible with the exception of Steve Barton. I would tell you the only way to get your car serviced here if he was your advisor otherwise buyer beware! I love my car, I love chevy's but you may want to look into better dealerships who have a better service department and customer relations team. More

I am a 12 year customer. Went in for service today. My appointment was ready. They new my name from facial recognition. They were friendly. They detailed my Cruze. The finance manager along with her staff is completely and utterly incompetent and does not care about the customer. Additionally, back a week or so ago I asked a lady (I don't remember her name) over the phone, who works in the service department, about window tinting and she told me she had no idea what days the guy who performed the service was there and told me to come in and ask one of the guys that works in the garage....ARE YOU SERIOUS?! Since she works there I guess it is too much for her to get off her xxx and walk around the corner and ask. I haven't been this frustrated since I had to deal with Dell's customer service over the phone in India. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! My recent experience at courtesy chevy Orlando airport was outstanding. I was on the search for a specific used car and even thOugh the car was not on the lot my first visit the guys at the dealership wh was outstanding. Was told I didn't know what I was talking about. They said their tech "just returned from school", but he knew NOTHING about the fluid that is now required for a diesel.
