After nearly giving up, I randomly searched for cars of interest online, and had Vanessa Roverelli, an internet team employee, call me and asked me about my interests. Within a very short amount of time with her dedication, commitment, and accuracy, she got me the exact specifications regarding price, year, mileage, and even color. Within a week, Vanessa completely took care of everything including being patient with cancelled appointments due to my schedule, and made everything go flawless. Dishonest Sales Person - Luis Stopped in interested in a particular type of car. They didn't have that type so I said give me a call when you do so I can do a test drive. A month later they call and set up a test drive appointment. The salesperson Luis confirms it with me 2 more times. I get there. No car. I was asked if I was ready to test drive. I said yes. I had my car appraised which by the way, they are way below true trade in market value. When I finally got Luis to admit they didn't actually have the car, I walked out. More
