Lets Start by diagnosing the jeep I dropped last tuesday, dec. 7th. Its The one that I was told I would have a diagnosis by dec. 8th by the service manager. It is now dec. 13th end of business day and no diagnosis yet. Then we'll discuss restitution on this vehicle that you made neccessary to be taken elsewhere for the repairs in question.

It’s not the dealers total fault but my car was stolen by an outsider while -parked at the dealer by the dealer’s people. It was recovered but there are chips in the plastic type bumper that were not there. More

After reporting the issue to the GM Card redemption center and I have made several calls to Autonation corporate offices, I AM SAYING THIS ABOUT AUTONATION OVERALL, avoid ALL AUTONATION dealerships! Corporate also feels that I am not worth their time. I have NEVER received a call from corporate all they feels that I am not worth a phone call back. There are plenty of other Dealerships around! Autonation has taken car buying to an unprecedented low for me and highly recommend shopping elsewhere!

After several months of delaying my email, I sent an email directly to the GM of the Dealership, Lou Harmel. After some conversation between the two of us, Lou has changed my opinion of the dealership. If I had come to Lou immediately following my issues, none of these posts would ever happened. Lou has taken “the bull by the horns” and I am very close to having everything brought to perfection! I am 110 percent honest! If I had emailed Lou long before, all this would’ve been settled and none of what is posted would’ve been needed. Never leave the dealership Till Lou at least has the opportunity to help you. I also have to give credit to the GM representative: Kyle Mayor for contacting me quickly and hopefully is going to be able to finish this off with a totally positive ending! Please never leave this dealership till Lou can assist or offer his assistance! Thank you Lou and Kyle!

So after many months of screwing around Kyle Manor at GM has stopped all communication with me, and so has Lou Harmel from this dealership. Lou Harmel is the sales director. Neither one will even return my email or text messages. In essence they lied and basically strung me along just for me to place “positive” feedback for this dealership. Guess what gentleman, you are both irresponsible! I highly recommend you go to any Starling Chevrolet or ANY OTHER Chevy dealership! Autonation could’ve made this very simple: Mr LIsoski, you are owed $800.00 from the GM card, which is the amount owed me, we will send you the check no questions asked. Did they? Nope! So here you go Autonation, and Kyle Manor! Irresponsible conduct by GM and Autonation and yes I may only be one customer but I’m dissatisfied! Shame on all of you for not just answering me. Sorry we couldn’t pull it off…. Anything…. But no you would rather ignore me!
