I took my truck there for some repairs, about 17hrs of billable time. After 2 months went by I was told it was ready. Had to Take it back the same day after paying them over $6200. The truck set there for billable time. After 2 months went by I was told it was ready. Had to Take it back the same day after paying them over $6200. The truck set there for another 30days and no one did anything about the issues that were never fixed. I had to pull the vehicle today after being screwed over for a total of 3months. Truck is still not repaired and will go to another shop. I've been in this industry for over 30 years. This was the Worst experience ever in my life that I've had it a dealer. I cannot begin to tell you what a failure the service dept. And management is here. The parts department however is excellent, they kept me well informed. More

It’s not the dealers total fault but my car was stolen by an outsider while -parked at the dealer by the dealer’s people. This is our second time at Autonation Airport, but this was the BEST experience because of Ahmad Al Omani. We came in on a Sunday with an End-of-Lease to see what our options were. I am amending my review! As of 8/17/21. She refuses to learn the After purchase redemption process for GM card points. She promises she would redeem the points after purchase and says she cannot help me! Disgraceful!
