The reason that I’m not giving five stars is because when I booked my appointment on the website it said it would be $59.00 for the oil change and tire rotation, but when I checked out it came to $134.12??? I brought my car there as it was having a fuel problem. They couldn’t look at it for 10 days. They cleared the codes & drove it a few times & said they found nothing wrong??? They never called to tell me i They couldn’t look at it for 10 days. They cleared the codes & drove it a few times & said they found nothing wrong??? They never called to tell me it was ready for pickup. I took it to my usual mechanic ran diagnostic & a fuel code came up. The month before this I took the same vehicle in for a recall, that the stabilatrac light was on. I picked it up & the light was still on. Ends up they repaired the toe links. So now I still have to get the stabilitrac done. All I can say is they were very nice but waisted a LOT of my time. I also had to pay for Ubers to & from work during this. More
I took my Camaro there on February 9th regarding a water leak on my drivers side, and met with Troy. He followed up a day later stating that the technician could “not” recreate the water leak. I then sent T leak on my drivers side, and met with Troy. He followed up a day later stating that the technician could “not” recreate the water leak. I then sent Troy a video of the leak; he told me he was waiting on the manger from GM for the next direction. This went on for the rest of the month. I called back, and talked to Troy and got the same story and decided to film the leak as it was raining so they could see exactly what I was saying from start to finish. I sent Troy two more videos and he claimed he was waiting the response from the GM manager. I decided to follow up again today March 8th and Troy passed me to his manager who let me know they do not specialize in water leaks. The manager explained they had to have someone come in that wasn’t affiliated with the dealership and they just couldn’t see the leak. He never mentioned anything about any GM manger nothing. My car’s warranty is up on the 24th of this month and Troy wasted my time; even speaking with him in his voice he has no care about anything you can tell he really doesn’t care. I drive my car daily and the fact I went into the rain and took videos that got no where really made upset me because the communication is terrible. Thank God I know this now as I was getting ready to buy another Camaro (V8), and talked 3 other colleagues into buying a Corvette and 2 other Camaros as we are professional stock traders and just moved to Florida and want to enjoy our life. I was hoping to buy from this dealership as they had me thinking they were going above and beyond contacting a “GM Manager.” This is a reminder that I rather just deal with people I know out of state because so far the service I have been getting in Florida is so bad but this takes the cake. Troy didn’t care from the start and I should of went off my gut instinct and just called the dealership who sold me the car regardless of them being hours away. I hope anyone reading this can avoid what I went through. More
Good service, good people. Tom in service is the best. Zaid in sales is #1. Long time customer. Got three vehicles from Autonation Airport. The last two we still have. We lease Tom in service is the best. Zaid in sales is #1. Long time customer. Got three vehicles from Autonation Airport. The last two we still have. We leased a Silverado and an Impala, when the lease was up we purchased both. They do all the service on both vehicles. We trust them and that says it all. Good folks! Thanks More
