I took my car in because I needed some work on it before the warranty expired. This tall guy name Obie was very rude and unprofessional about the process. We had to get the manager involved. His named was Ben. Ben took great care of my issues which were extremely minor. A new cabin filter and a small crack in our windshield.. He was very professional.. I don't want to sound like an angry person, I'm trying to be more positive. I've been buying cars for about 40 years. I've owned around 20 vehicles about half of them new and I don't understand why the car i be more positive. I've been buying cars for about 40 years. I've owned around 20 vehicles about half of them new and I don't understand why the car industry hasn't evolved at least a little with particular regard to the "sales" process. It's all the same crap from 40 years ago. Lying, deceiving, price swapping, bait and switch, blaming other people, overcharging customers, forcing customers to take products and services they don't want. Really? I wish they would all grow up and stop acting like a bunch of vultures. If you buy a car here or have already done so, check your paperwork really closely. I would be willing to bet there are multiple "errors" More
