Our car was sputtering and stalling. We were panicked because this was our one and only car. I mentioned this to Tom and he was able to get it in an out in one day. I am appreciative of the work Autonation did on my truck. -I do wish the communication had been better. -for example, I was told their was no loaner/rental car availability. On the website it states “If you want to be somewhere else, or if your vehicle needs more serious or long-term service like collision and repair, let us arrange a loaner vehicle for you to drive around ORLANDO and beyond - all at no cost to you. We know your time is valuable, and no two repairs are created equal.
