All I can tell you is my husband is so HAPPY getting his Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The Chevrolet Team Zafa the Manager, Manuel the sale person and David the Finance department made us feel like a family. Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The Chevrolet Team Zafa the Manager, Manuel the sale person and David the Finance department made us feel like a family. Zafa was Awesome she really went out of her way to work with us it was a pleasure. they are friendly, courteous and most of all very understanding about your needs they never pushed, they did let us think about it. Zafa explained all the benefits what was good and not. Manuel also did a great job. while David explained all the financial part of the sale. We are so very happy with the process. We went to 6 car dealerships and we landed at AutoNation Chevrolet Airport because of the great Team and LISTENING to our needs. Thank you so much...for a great and AWESOME TEAM.... I like my car. The interaction on the day I purchased it was fine. After getting the car home, there is no way possible that the stated 125 Check List was comple The interaction on the day I purchased it was fine. After getting the car home, there is no way possible that the stated 125 Check List was completed on my vehicle. Tires were 12# light and the oil level was 2 quarts low. I am now attempting to get a copy of the Premium Maintenance Program that I purchased but not having any luck. AutoNation is a bit far to go for Service. Wanting to build a relationship with a closer dealer. Not sure if the policy that I purchased will be honored. More
