I was very pleased with my service at AutoNation. They were nice and professional. Save me over a $1000 dollars on repairs to my car. They took the time to find out my repairs WAS under warranty. I purchase a 2024 Chevy Trax Activ from them I was told it had certain options and then I found out they didn’t have them, so I texted the salesman and told him I was upset and that if I had to leave a rev it had certain options and then I found out they didn’t have them, so I texted the salesman and told him I was upset and that if I had to leave a review as of now that they would not be very happy with the review so the GM starts texting me that he canceled the deal and canceled my payment on my trade and that I needed to bring the car in right then and that they canceled the registration and everything so this was one of the worst experiences I had I’d say even the loss of my parents was a close second they made like they were going to xxxx and back to get me approved and so on when it took longer to get to the finance manager then it took to be approved.. this company is one of the worst companies with the worst sales manager gm they have no souls that’s why I believe they are hated salespeople tell you things and when something changes and the gm gets involved they take their salespeople‘s side and say basically you imagined what you heard on a test drive..
