This was the first time I've taken my 2019 Blazer to this dealership. The experience was top-notch. I received an appointment in a timely manner, and Tom Deluca got us checked in....courteous, professional dealership. The experience was top-notch. He called that morning to let me know the diagnosis for our car, cost, etc., and that the car would be repaired, probably that very day! We picked up the car about 30 minutes prior to closing, and a kind, professional lady checked us out. Again, we never felt rushed, even though it was close to closing time. We would definitely recommend AutoNation Chevrolet Airport, and will use their services going forward. More

very displeased with the staff at this location. finance manager is very incompetent. I specifically asked to only authorize my credit with chase bank. I even signed my name on the credit auth finance manager is very incompetent. I specifically asked to only authorize my credit with chase bank. I even signed my name on the credit authorization form "CHASE ONLY" they then proceeded to run my credit with every bank. now I have 5 unwanted hard inquires on my credit report. after I expressed how upset I was they still tried to offer the other bank deals because the chase bank terms don't favor them. and they tried to steer my away from chase by saying they want 20k down which is crap. this dealer is not interested in selling cars with chase bank. the staff should just say this at the beginning to not waste time. More
