I keep saying I'm not bringing my car back for service here, but I do out of convenience. This will definitely be the last time. The service advisor didn't even look at me when I was asking about 2 major here, but I do out of convenience. This will definitely be the last time. I get there and then was told I needed to leave the car for three days. Last time it was there for three days it turned into 15 weeks! I couldn't even get an update More

Long time Cadillac owner. Purchased multiple cars from this dealership. Brought in my xt4 for oil change. Waited 2.5 hours for it to be completed. Plus car wasn’t even washed Purchased multiple cars from this dealership. Brought in my xt4 for oil change. Waited 2.5 hours for it to be completed. Plus car wasn’t even washed or vacuumed. The service adviser did pay for the oil change so that was a plus and only reason I still recommend this dealership. Will request a rental next time otherwise I’ll go to competitor dealership which is closer to me in distance More

Brad Owen was very professional, understood the issues and acted accordingly. I was kept updated and the car was returned when promised. All issues were successfully addressed. He merits a 5. The only downside was with the valet. When I picked up the car it hadn’t been washed. When I questioned the valet he copped an attitude and said he would wash it while I waited if I insisted. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait and had to take the car as is. This is certainly not normal behavior from what I have come to expect at Auto Nation. I’m sure this is a one off, but it reflects poorly on the dealership. More
