Arrived on time for my 10am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. I was there almost 3 hours. I think that is just too long of a wait time when you have an appointment. Otherwise the service appointme tire rotation. I was there almost 3 hours. I think that is just too long of a wait time when you have an appointment. XT4 was towed to AutoNation WPB due to warning on dashboard that service was needed and car in danger of stalling. The ac also ceased to function. Called Cadillac roadside and within hour car was t dashboard that service was needed and car in danger of stalling. The ac also ceased to function. Called Cadillac roadside and within hour car was towed to dealership. The Service representative, Steve, called to explain what was wrong and timeframe and parts needed. He offered me a loaner and would send a driver to bring me to the dealership to pick up loaner. I was surprised, on arrival, to see a Mercedes GLC 350 waiting for me. Ben, the dealor’s driver was pleasant and professional transporting me to AutoNation. Steve, my service rep, was also very professional . When I picked up my XT4 it was ready with the compressor and belts changed, tires rotated, fluids topped and oil changed . The car was also washed. I have had somewhat unreliable service in the past but this was clearly an excellent all round experience at AutoNation WPB. Of note—dealer takes a risk with a new Mercede GLC 350 as a loaner to a Cadillac XT4 driver—not to worry—the Mercedes was a great car but my XT4 has more bells and whistles that make driving easier and more comfortable for me! They give an appointment at 10 am i got there at 10. 02 by the time I saw an advisor was 10:32 and ask tell him my main concern was a message popping out of my screen every 10 minutes r so about enterin 02 by the time I saw an advisor was 10:32 and ask tell him my main concern was a message popping out of my screen every 10 minutes r so about entering my password, it never happened in the last 3 years; i forgot my password and the advisor told me there is nothing he can do "because it is my car", I also ask to perform a Multi Check and e-mail me a quote on 3 tire. After 15 minutes He came to waiting room with paper to sign and ask him again if he can delete or change that password so that that annoying message will not appear any longer , and the answer was not. after waiting 1 an a 1/2 hour I check to see if any progress was beings done I was told to wait 2 and 1/2 hour. At that point I ask for my car and left. I refuse to believe that a forgotten password cannot be "deleted or changed" Thank you for your attention. I have always bought BMWs and Lexus who have great service departments but was excited to get my first Cadillac SUV thinking they operated on a equal plane. Wrong. For my very first service I was ask service departments but was excited to get my first Cadillac SUV thinking they operated on a equal plane. Wrong. For my very first service I was asked to arrive 10 minutes early...why? I waited in my car for 20 minutes after my appointment time. It took over an hour and a half for the service. Looking at the service sheet all they really did what change the oil and rotate my tires. Something JiffyLube does in less than 30 minutes. I drove in with a message that one of my tires had low pressure...guess what it was low when I left. My dash also lit up that window washer fluid was low as I left...they didn't check that either. Oh and the car was supposedly wash/cleaned. Nope...bird poop was still on the hood and the interior hadn't been touched. Is this the service that is stardard for a Cadillac store?? More
