I have been going to AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach for many years and have always received excellent service. During the last few years, however, it has taken longer and longer for servicing due to a for many years and have always received excellent service. During the last few years, however, it has taken longer and longer for servicing due to a lack of staffing and the ability to obtain necessary parts in a timely manner. This is no reflection on my service representative at all, since he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a loaner for a road trip that would have had to have been cancelled due to a transmission issue. However, I would hope that in the future there will be additional staffing to in order to complete service appointments in a shorter period of time. More

I can't imagine being treated any better than the way I have been treated. I am always made to feel special with fast, professional service at more than fair prices. Everyone was so nice & accomodating. The waiting room is beautiful & comfortable with coffee, water & snacks. Wilson was fantastic & took good care of my car & service. My XT5 broke down with 22,000. I called Cadillac Roadside who towed the car to the dealership at 8:30 am. No one called me until 6 pm (after numerous phone calls) just to say they I called Cadillac Roadside who towed the car to the dealership at 8:30 am. No one called me until 6 pm (after numerous phone calls) just to say they have checked it in and could not tell me what was wrong with it yet and they had no loaner vehicles. They called the next day at 12 and said they found out what was wrong with the car and would send me a driver to take me to Enterprise for a rental as they still had no loaner cars. However, could not guarantee what kind of car was available for rental. More
unfortunately, I have yet to receive the car I original ordered. They sold us a lemon, had NO word on the condition of the car for a month. Every visit requires a lot of waiting. The agents appear to be very busy on the phones while customers arrive at their service appt. times. The woman that makes appointments over the phone isn’t aware that there is extra wait time for service of EV autos since there is only one qualified repairman.Very surprising to pick up our 3 wk old Lyriq very dirty from sitting out side after they had it for a week. A disappointing experience! More
