My car died and had to be towed in. Jackson took the car in. Listened to me when I explained what was happening. Waited a year and a half for auto & rear park assist parts. Called Brad ( service manager ) periodically to check. Finally ordered but Never let me know parts were in in July. Now installed after a six hour day of waiting. He ( Brad) was not helpful or cordial. Told me to “ be patient.” When I went to pick up my car after 5;00 P.M.
