My car died and had to be towed in. Jackson took the car in. Listened to me when I explained what was happening. Waited a year and a half for auto & rear park assist parts. Called Brad ( service manager ) periodically to check. Finally ordered but Never let me know parts were in in July. I have been going to AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach for many years and have always received excellent service. During the last few years, however, it has taken longer and longer for servicing due to a for many years and have always received excellent service. During the last few years, however, it has taken longer and longer for servicing due to a lack of staffing and the ability to obtain necessary parts in a timely manner. This is no reflection on my service representative at all, since he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a loaner for a road trip that would have had to have been cancelled due to a transmission issue. However, I would hope that in the future there will be additional staffing to in order to complete service appointments in a shorter period of time. More
